Mike and Molly canceled by CBS, No season 7

Rondi Reed (Peggy) shared to following on facebook

"Before you hear it elsewhere (and some already have) this is the Final and 6th Season of MIKE & MOLLY on CBS. It is also a shortened season (13 episodes) after the announced full renewal of 22 episodes back in March by the network. We are done taping as of January 27th 2016 and I am not sure exactly when/if the episodes will all be aired. The network has it's reasons, and I will not get into a debate, discussion, or campaign to get them to change their minds. Other venues were explored by WB and Bonanza Productions (Chuck Lorre) after CBS announced their intentions, but did not turn up a future for our show. It is a fact and we have known for a few weeks. I remain extremely grateful to have been a part of this and to have worked with a fabulous bunch of folks over the years. I have learned a lot about many things, including the Business we call Show. Also grateful for all the fans and for the personal support I have received over the (almost) 6 seasons. Stewart Talent has guided me every step of the way on this journey and for that I am also forever grateful"

HBO RENEWS THE LEFTOVERS FOR A THIRD AND FINAL SEASON

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 10, 2015 â€" HBO has renewed the critically acclaimed drama series THE LEFTOVERS for a third and final season, it was announced today by Michael Lombardo, president, HBO Programming. Created by Damon Lindelof (Emmy® winner for "Lost") and Tom Perrotta (Academy Award® nominee for "Little Children"), the series is produced for HBO by White Rabbit in association with Warner Bros. Television.

"It is with great enthusiasm that we welcome back Damon Lindelof, Tom Perrotta and the extraordinary talent behind THE LEFTOVERS for its third and final season," said Lombardo. "This show has proven to be one of the most distinctive HBO series and we are extremely proud of its unrivaled originality, which has resulted in such a passionate following by our HBO viewers. We admire and fully support Damon's artistic vision and respect his decision to bring the show to its conclusion next season."

"I have never, ever experienced the level of creative support and trust that I have received from HBO during the last two seasons of THE LEFTOVERS," says Damon Lindelof. "Tom, myself and our incredible team of writers and producers put tremendous care into designing those seasons as novels unto themselves…with beginnings, middles and ends. As we finished our most recent season, it became clear to us that the series as a whole was following the same model…and with our beginning and middle complete, the most exciting thing for us as storytellers would be to bring THE LEFTOVERS to a definitive end. And by 'definitive,' we mean 'wildly ambiguous but hopefully mega-emotional,' as all things related to this show are destined to be.

"On behalf of our incredible crew and superb cast, we are all tremendously grateful that HBO is giving us an opportunity to conclude the show on our own terms…an opportunity like this one rarely comes along, and we have every intention of living up to it. One more thing. We are blessed by the unwavering support of our fans and the incredibly powerful voice of the critical community. We feel absolutely privileged to heat up one last helping of leftovers."

TORONTO (December 9, 2015) â€" After gallons of blood spilled, hundreds of shirts ripped, and countless Mutts slain, Space confirmed today that its hit original series BITTEN returns for its third and final season February 12 in a new Fridays at 10 p.m. ET timeslot. Iconic genre star Laura Vandervoort (SMALLVILLE, Ted) returns to helm the sexy thriller as the embattled Elena Michaels, the world's only female werewolf. Meanwhile, Elena struggles with Pack Alpha Jeremy Danvers' (Greg Bryk, A History Of Violence, THE BOOK OF NEGROES) new draconian leadership style, and makes a shocking and surprising discovery about herself.

"With the incomparable Laura Vandervoort at the helm, BITTEN was a ferocious drama from the get-go and we are so proud to have seen it make its mark in the television landscape from its home on Space," said Tracey Pearce, Senior Vice-President, Specialty and Pay, Bell Media. "Along with the many devoted fans, we cannot wait to see what happens with Elena and the rest of The Pack as the BITTEN saga finally culminates in Season 3."

But, when an unknown werewolf sniper takes a shot at the Alpha, The Pack must adjust course to track down those responsible. Meanwhile, Elena is accosted by a mysterious stranger who challenges her with a shocking claim.

Season 3 of BITTEN also sees the return of Pack members Clayton Danvers (Greyston Holt, ALCATRAZ, DURHAM COUNTY) and Nick Sorrentino (Steve Lund, BEING ERICA, HAVEN).
